Cancellation Policy

An order is considered confirmed only once we've received your payment — approving a quotation and paying are the same action. The cancellation window described below begins only from that point.

You may cancel your confirmed order within two days of order confirmation. If you cancel within this window, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Once the two-day window has passed, voluntary cancellation by you is not eligible for a refund.

Nothing here excludes a remedy you're legally entitled to, or a case where House of Aayushree has failed to provide the goods or services as agreed.
