Our website content, branding, logo, photographs, written content, graphics, original designs and other original creative material are owned by House of Aayushree or its respective licensors, unless stated otherwise. This material may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without our permission.

You retain ownership of your own designs, artwork, photographs and other original material you provide us. Sharing it with House of Aayushree doesn't transfer ownership to us — we use it only as reasonably necessary to understand and fulfil your order, subject to our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy and Content Usage policies.

You may also provide reference images or designs belonging to third parties. You're responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights or permission to share such material for your order. We don't claim ownership of third-party reference material, and we don't authorise you to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.

We may create original garments, designs and creative work as part of our service, and may showcase completed creations in our portfolio, website and marketing in accordance with our Photography, Marketing & Content Usage Policy. This doesn't mean House of Aayushree automatically owns every design created for a customer.

Ownership of intellectual property in a commissioned design or other creative work depends on any specific agreement between the parties.
