House of Aayushree ("we", "us", "our") is a premium clothing house offering custom creations, fabrics, home & living, ready-to-wear, and bespoke/uniform work for businesses — primarily for women, and also for children.

Registered entity: House of Aayushree, New Delhi, India (GSTIN: 07AAMPB4315M2ZO).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your contact details and measurements.

Your customer account currently uses OTP-based sign-in rather than a password. Each person has an individual profile and measurement record; we don't currently offer a linked parent-child account structure. If you're ordering for someone else, they ideally should have their own profile so their measurements are retained for future orders.

Account security. You're responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number and account secure, and should let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your authorisation.

Acceptable use. You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly, and not to: violate applicable law; attempt unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems; interfere with the website's security, operation or functioning; introduce malicious code or harmful material; systematically scrape, copy or reproduce website content without permission; impersonate another person; or knowingly provide false or misleading information.

Website availability. We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available — access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party services, network issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This doesn't affect our obligations for an order that's already been confirmed and paid for.

Website information. We may update or correct information on our website — including descriptions, images, availability and pricing — where necessary. This doesn't give us the right to unilaterally change the agreed price or terms of an order that's already confirmed (quotation approved and payment received, as defined above).

Every House of Aayushree piece is made to order, based on the design, fabric, measurements, embroidery, embellishments and other requirements you share with us — whether that's a concept from scratch, your own sketch or reference image, or a piece you'd like adapted.

You can select fabric from our collection, provide your own, or ask us to help source it. We'll advise you on suitability and quantity. Full detail on how an order actually comes together lives in our Order & Ordering Policy.

We share a quotation for your custom creation's cost, along with a tentative completion and shipping timeline, for your approval on our website. Once approved, we collect your shipping details and generate an invoice covering the creation cost, GST, and an estimated shipping cost. Your order is confirmed only once this invoice is paid. Bespoke orders are 100% prepaid. See our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods, GST and shipping treatment.

Once your garment is stitched, we share quality check photos on the website. Your order isn't complete until you respond: approve, approve as-is, or request a change. A no-cost change ships under the same quotation; an added-cost change is shared as a revised quotation, with only the difference collected. Once approved (and any difference paid), we collect your shipping address and dispatch.

Design changes can be accommodated where reasonably possible at that stage of creation; any additional cost is communicated before we proceed. Design changes aren't unlimited.

Your final approval — given at quality check (see "Quotation, Confirmation & Payment" above) — means approval of the finished garment for dispatch. If you notice a genuine manufacturing defect after delivery, reach out to us — see "Issues With Delivered Garments" below.

In short: a confirmed order can be cancelled within two days for a 50% refund; bespoke garments aren't eligible for standard return or exchange; and every order includes one free fit alteration within 10 days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Issues with delivered garments. If you believe a delivered garment is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, please contact us promptly with relevant details and photographs, where applicable. We'll review your concern and work with you towards an appropriate resolution.

We ship across India and internationally. Shipping is quoted separately from your garment price, and production/delivery timelines are estimates rather than guarantees — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for detail.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address you provide and confirm.

You retain ownership of any designs, sketches, photographs or reference material you provide us; sharing it with us doesn't transfer ownership to House of Aayushree, and we use it only as reasonably necessary to fulfil your order. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any third-party reference material.

Our own website content, branding, photographs and original designs remain the property of House of Aayushree or its licensors. Full detail is in our Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

We may photograph completed garments and use that imagery — shown on a dummy, mannequin, or as an AI-generated visual representation — across our website, portfolio, social media and marketing. Your face and identifying personal information are never shown. Full detail is in our Photography, Marketing & Content Usage Policy.

How we collect, use and protect your personal information — including your measurements, order details and communications — is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We work with third-party service providers — including payment processors, courier/logistics partners, and website/analytics providers — to deliver our service. We share only the information reasonably necessary with them for that purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, House of Aayushree's liability in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

You agree to indemnify House of Aayushree against reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or from third-party material you provide us without the necessary rights to do so.

We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier/logistics disruption, or other events of a similar nature.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services, technology or legal requirements change; the current version will always be available on this page.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. If mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law in your country — including GDPR — applies to you, its protections apply alongside these Terms.
